Our Story

Merrick’s #1 Exterior Power Washing | Roof & House Washing was founded over 15 years ago with a singular goal: to provide South Shore homeowners with a sophisticated, damage-free alternative to traditional high-pressure cleaning. What began as a dedicated local operation in Merrick, NY, has evolved into the region’s leading exterior restoration specialist. We recognized early on that Long Island’s unique coastal environment—defined by high humidity, salt air, and persistent organic growth—requires more than just a standard garden hose; it requires professional-grade science and care.

Our mission is rooted in the fact that exterior cleaning is a vital form of home maintenance, not just a cosmetic upgrade. Over the past decade and a half, we have grown alongside the Merrick community, perfecting our Soft Wash technology to protect your property from the harsh elements. While our equipment has scaled to include the latest industry advancements, our approach remains deeply personal. We treat every cedar shake, vinyl slat, and roof shingle with the specialized attention it deserves.

We don’t just see a project; we see a neighbor’s home. By combining 15+ years of local hands-on experience with a commitment to eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions, we have built a reputation for reliability and structural integrity. We take immense pride in being the team that helps Merrick homes look their best while ensuring they stay protected for years to come.

Our Mission

Our goal is to provide every homeowner in Merrick with a seamless, stress-free exterior cleaning experience that exceeds expectations. We are committed to using industry-leading techniques and eco-friendly solutions to ensure a deep clean that is safe for your family, pets, and landscaping. Customer satisfaction isn’t just a metric for us—it is the foundation of our business. We strive to combine technical excellence with transparent communication, ensuring that you feel confident and informed from the moment you request an estimate to the final walkthrough of your sparkling clean home.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great at explaining in detail the process to remove 15 Years of moss from my barn roof. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work they had to do . The pressure washers were very polite and professional and made sure I was pleased with the job they did before leaving. And Justin was very pleasant to work with. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Came to do a deep clean wash on our house right before we had a party and he was so, so good. He was thorough, he remembered that I wanted to use our own floor spray, he paid attention to the little details that, in the past, I have skipped by other companies. My initial inclination was to just do this one-time clean, however I will absolutely be asking for Justin to come back for a few monthly visit. He was also really Great 👍

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had my old house washed 4 days ago. The house is 45, siding is 22 and 18 respectively. I was concerned about damage with the age of the house. However Justin took the time and effort to show me how it worked. I am most impressed with the outcome - he almost looks young again. Thank you to the whole crew for your efforts.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired Merrick's Exterior Power Washing to clean my solar panel and gutters at my 2 story home in Merrick. The team was professional, on time, and did an amazing job. We also had them install critter guards along the panels to keep out the neighborhood pigeons...My solar panels are spotless and the gutters are completely clear. I highly recommend their services to anyone! Thank you!
